A Perfect Day Everyday

MMA’s operating strategy is to ‘Target 365 – a Perfect Day Every Day’, which focuses on everyone coming to work each day with the aim of having a “Perfect Day”, that is, a day free of recordable injuries and material incidents. MMA has implemented a number of initiatives under the Target 365 strategy.

Perfect Days are tracked via internal reports and communicated to staff via the Company’s intranet system on a Perfect Day dashboard. In the 2017 financial year, MMA achieved 310 Perfect Days across the whole organisation.
