MMA News

MMA Offshore has been announced as the joint winner of the 2022 International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) Safety Awards for our Target 365 Leadership Engagement Programme.

Announced last week in Amsterdam, MMA’s Target 365 Leadership Engagement Programme has been instrumental in facilitating active leadership engagements across our global operations, sites and facilities.

Through the provision of clear guidance, training and visible tracking mechanisms, our team conducts leadership engagements that add real value and support MMA’s Target 365 philosophy – a shared belief that an incident free workplace is possible.

Commenting on the IMCA award, MMA’s Managing Director, Mr David Ross said, “I am incredibly proud of MMA’s Target 365 Leadership Engagement Programme and for the recognition MMA has received from IMCA. This award is a testament to the unwavering dedication and commitment of our entire team towards fostering a culture of safety excellence. As we celebrate this achievement, we remain steadfast in our pursuit of continuous improvement, maintaining our world-class safety performance and inspiring our industry to join us in striving for a ‘Perfect Day Every Day.’”

We extend our congratulations to MMA’s HSEQ team for their exemplary work in developing this outstanding programme, and to everyone at MMA for their ongoing commitment to our Target 365 safety culture.
