Mr Greg Reece
General Manager - Strategy & Innovation 

Greg commenced his career working as an Engineer before taking up a role as a Business Analyst within MMA's Operations team in 2010 where he gained valuable experience in both onshore and offshore operations. Since then, he has been exposed to all lines of the business including being involved in the strategic acquisition of the subsidiaries of Jaya Holdings, which subsequently lead him to Singapore to manage the integration of the organisations. Greg currently works in Business Development and is responsible for the strategic positioning and growth of the organisation in international markets. Greg has a Bachelor of Science and Engineering with Honours, and a MBA from Curtin University. In November 2020, Greg was appointed General Manager - Strategy & Innovation.

Mr Glenn McPhee
Technology General Manager

Glenn completed his Marine Engineering Cadetship with BHP in the early 1980's and advanced to Chief Engineer in international Seismic Industry. His original shore position was with DNV as a Marine Surveyor, covering ships in operation survey, new building survey and ISM auditing. He later moved to shore based vessel management positions as Superintendent and Ship Manager. These positions were held in both the towage and barge industry, followed by the offshore oil and gas industry with focus on large PSV's, anchor handling operations and ROV / Survey Vessels, including DP vessels. Experience has been gained in various new building projects throughout the vessel management positions. Glenn is currently undertaking business management units at the University of Western Australia as post graduate studies. Glenn manages the technical and operations team of the Company.

Mr Geoff Hebiton
Financial Controller

Geoff is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of postgraduate experience. After obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree, he gained experience in mid-size public practice accounting firms, before moving into commerce where he subsequently worked for ASX listed resource companies and an agribusiness company. Geoff joined MMA in 2006 as Financial Controller and in this position is responsible for the management of the day to day financial operations of the Company.

Mr Jon Fowler
ICT General Manager

Jon began his career in the IT industry back in 1995 as a computer technician. Since this time, Jon has developed himself to an extremely versatile IT engineer, with over 20 years' experience in a range of technologies, including IT Systems Infrastructure, IP networking/communications, security, software applications and people management. He has maintained networks of all sizes, for several companies ranging from one user to 2500+ users. Jon joined MMA in a full time position in 2010, after previously being in a contract position supporting the Company's network environment since 2006.

Mr Shaun Lee
Land Logistics General Manager

Shaun commenced with MMA in 1996, holding senior maintenance and operations positions up until 2003 when he was appointed Dampier Supply Base Manager. As Supply Base Manager, Shaun secured a wealth of experience in supporting all phases of the oil & gas industry, including production, drilling, construction and seismic support. On account of MMA's significant organisational growth between 2003 and 2008, Shaun was elevated to Supply Base General Manager. The role saw him relocate to MMA's head office in Fremantle. In this role he was responsible for the delivery of MMA's $50 million wharf extension project and the supply base expansion project; the supply base increased from 11 to 27 hectares of prime quayside land on the Burrup Peninsula. He also oversaw the delivery of services to Chevron's Gorgon Project. In 2014, Shaun took the opportunity to transition into a Business Development role within the Company. Based from MMA's head office in Fremantle, Shaun is responsible for identifying operational efficiencies for current clients and opportunities for MMA to diversify the land logistics clientele base. Shaun's extensive operational experience and industry insight provides an invaluable asset to the BD team.

Mr Sean Connelly
General Manager Commercial Vessel Services

After studying Maritime Business and Law at the University of Plymouth (UK), Sean began his career working in P&I insurance in London. He then moved into ship-broking and worked for FIS and Clarksons in Singapore, Hamburg and London, before moving to Perth to help set up the Clarksons Perth office.

Sean joined MMA in May 2012 as part of the Business Development team and was then involved in a number of MMA’s high-profile marine projects as Commercial Manager - Australia, before being appointed to the role of General Manager Commercial Vessel Services in 2018. In 2019 Sean also completed an MBA from Curtin University.

Mr Peter Gratz
Fleet Operations General Manager - Asia / Middle East / Africa

Peter commenced his seagoing career in 1991 and sailed as Master from 2000 to 2006 on the West Coast of Western Australia before joining MMA as an Engineering Officer, rising to the rank Chief Engineer. In 2012, Peter was offered a position ashore with MMA as a Project Superintendent working on Chevrons Gorgon Project. He then transferred over to the MMA Operations department as a Vessel Manager gaining further Project, Technical and Operational experience. Peter has managed numerous dry dockings and project mobilizations in South East Asia as well as mobilizing new assets into MMA, and he has extensive knowledge of towing and accommodation vessel operations. In November 2018, he was appointed as Fleet Operations General Manager – Asia / Middle East / Africa.

Mr Munis Ramachandran
Fleet Operations General Manager - Subsea

Munis commenced his seagoing career as a Marine Engineer in 1999 with PETRONAS, where he sailed on various vessels around the world. After qualifying as Chief Engineer, he advanced his career into Offshore Dredging industry and worked for Jan De Nul Belgium in 2003. He later moved to shore-based vessel management positions as Technical Operations Superintendent, Ship Repair and Docking Manager and followed as Technical Coordinator for new built vessels. In 2008, moving to Oil and Gas industry, Munis took up the role as Vessel Manager with FUGRO B.V, covering APAC and Australasia. Munis also has experience in vessel recycling Green Passport with Maersk B.V and Recycling Facilities in China. He also possesses new building experiences, delivering DP2 and DP3 offshore vessels for FUGRO from shipyards at India, Thailand and China. In 2018, Munis joined MMA Offshore and holds the role as General Manager Subsea and he is responsible for MMA’s Subsea Fleet and executing Subsea IMR projects covering Asia, Australia and Middle East regions.

Mr Jamie Hulme
Fleet Operations General Manager - Australasia

Jamie commenced his career working as a Marine Engineer, before taking up a role as an Engineering Superintendent and later as Dockyard Manager with Toll Shipping Darwin in 2007. After obtaining a Diploma in Ship Management from the Lloyds Maritime College, he gained experience as Marine Engineering Superintendent with PB Seatow, based in Fremantle, Australia. Jamie joined MMA Offshore in 2014 as a Vessel Manager, and later progressed into the role of Senior Vessel Manager within the operations team. Since joining MMA, Jamie has been responsible for efficient vessel operations within the Australian fleet. In 2019, Jamie completed an MBA in Ship Management from the Lloyds Maritime College and was appointed as Fleet Operations General Manager – Australasia in November 2018.

Mr Barry Jewson
Fleet Technical General Manager

Barry commenced his career in shipbuilding and repair as an engineering officer with P&O Group, before undertaking a Fleet Superintendent position in 1993. He then went on to reach the position of Senior Vessel Manager with P&O Nedlloyd in the company’s London and Rotterdam offices. In 1998, he transferred to Andrew Weir Shipping in London as Fleet Manager overseeing a varied fleet of Container, General Cargo and Passenger vessels and a fleet of Ice Class RORO, Product Carriers and Heavy Lift vessels. He was heavily involved with the build and management of the AWS Strategic RORO vessels built for the UK MoD. He relocated to Australia in 2003 where he became involved in the Offshore Industry and was WA Manager for Farstad Shipping before transferring to MMA Offshore as Fleet Operations Manager in 2013. With nearly 30 years of vessel management, Barry now manages all technical aspects of the global vessel fleet.
