Tony was appointed as a Director of the Company on 5 July 2001 and as Chairman of the Company on 1 August 2006. Tony is also currently a Non- Executive Director of Wesfarmers Limited, Alinta Holdings and BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity for BWP Trust. Tony is a Life Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 30 years. He has previously held the positions of Managing Director of Challenge Bank Limited, CEO of Hartleys Limited, Chairman of Alinta Limited, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Queensland Limited, a Non-Executive Director of AWB Limited and Chairman of Home Building Society Limited. Tony is a Fellow of the AICD. Tony is also Chairman of St John of God Health Care Inc. on the Board of Catholic Health Australia and an Adjunct Professor (Financial Management) at the University of Western Australia Business School. Tony is also involved in a number of community and business organisations including being a member of the Rio Tinto WA Future Fund, the University of Western Australia Business School Advisory Board and the Chairman of the West Australian Rugby Union Inc. Tony is a member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.

Jeff began his career as a Marine Engineer with BHP Transport. He went on to complete a degree in this field in 1993 and in 1994 graduated with a Master's in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Queensland. During his 19 years with BHP, Jeff gained comprehensive project management experience and helped develop new business for BHP Transport in Australia and South-East Asia. He also managed a major initiative with BHP's steel division, reviewing its logistics arrangements and developing processes to improve services and reduce costs. In 1998, Jeff joined Riverside Marine in Queensland and helped expand its operations Australia-wide. This included forming a joint venture company with Wijsmuller International Towage BV, RiverWijs and negotiating with Woodside Petroleum to take over that company's harbour towage operation in Dampier, Western Australia. Jeff is also a Non-Executive Director of Maritime Super Pty Ltd, a superannuation fund dedicated to employees in the maritime industry. As Managing Director of MMA Offshore, Jeff is responsible for the financial and operational performance of all of the Company's business lines.

Andrew currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Nido Petroleum Limited and is Non-Executive Chairman of MACA Ltd and is President of Activ Foundation Inc. Andrew is a former Managing Partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Perth Office (PWC), a former National Vice President of the Securities Institute of Australia (now the Financial Services Institute of Australasia) and a former President of the Western Australian division of that Institute. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has served as State Chairman of the local Education Committee of that Institute and was a former member of its National Education Committee. Andrew graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the Chairman of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Eve has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a number of technical and managerial roles. Eve is currently a Director of Downer EDI Limited, Buru Energy Limited and EMR Resources Pty Ltd. Eve also currently holds a senior advisor role with Miro Advisors Pty Ltd, an independent business focused on corporate advisory opportunities in the natural resources sector. Eve was recently Executive Chairman of Tangiers Petroleum Limited, Executive Vice President for Health, Safety & Security at Woodside and previously served as Executive Vice President of North West Shelf at Woodside. Prior to that, Eve held the position of Managing Director at Apache Energy Ltd.  She has previously served on a number of Boards, including the Fremantle Port Authority, the Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association and was a Board member and President of the Australian Mines and Metals Association. Eve holds a Bachelor of Science (with Honours in Geology and Mathematics) from the University of London and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Eve is a member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Company's Audit and Risk Committee.

Chiang Gnee graduated as a Marine Engineer in July 1977 from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK) and spent almost 30 years working in Singapore government-linked companies and in various industries including shipyards, ordnance equipment manufacturing, aircraft engine component manufacturing, amusement and lifestyle businesses and environment management. In June 1989, Chiang Gnee attended the Sloan School of Management at MIT (USA) and graduated with a Masters in Management in July 1990. He was formerly the CEO of Sembawang Shipyard for 10 years and CEO of Sembcorp Environment Management Pte Ltd for 2 years until August 2007. Chiang Gnee is currently the Executive Director of Singapore Maritime Institute (SMI) which focuses on the development of the Singapore maritime industry - with special focus on training and education, research and development, and policy formulation. Chiang Gnee is also engaged in workplace health and safety management and in vocational technical education. He is Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Council and Deputy Chairman of the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Board of Governors. Chiang Gnee is also a Director of MMA Offshore Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore) and all of its subsidiaries/related companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Executive Management

Appointed 20 June 2005

Peter joined MMA Offshore in June 2005 in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Peter is a member of the Australian Society of CPA's and has over 25 years corporate experience, having held senior financial and commercial positions in both publicly listed and large private companies. Peter resigned from the role of Company Secretary in August 2008 but retains overall responsibility for the financial management of the Company.

David started his career in vessel maintenance before commencing a seagoing career progressing from Junior Engineer to 1st Engineer. David has sailing experience onboard livestock vessels, service and supply vessels in the offshore industry, cape & handy size bulk carriers, general cargo and container vessels. In 1995, David moved into a shoreside position with BHP Transport, Melbourne, working initially as Ship Operations Officer. He progressed through the company as Ship Manager for cape and panamax size vessels; Senior Chartering Officer; and Scheduling & Operations Manager. In 2001, David moved to the Netherlands with BHP Billiton as Operations Manager and then Commercial Manager responsible for the development of chartering and trading controls. In July 2005, David joined MMA as the General Manager Operations, with the mandate to steer the three operating divisions of Vessel Operations, Slipway and Supply Bases through a period of rapid growth. Promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, David is directly involved in the development of strategic direction of the Company. He is also the Executive Director of MMA Offshore Asia Pte Ltd and director of MMA Offshore Asia Sdn Bhd.

Dylan joined MMA in May 2007 in the role of Commercial Manager and was appointed Company Secretary on 19 August 2008. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with the law firm DLA Phillips Fox, where he practised in the areas of insurance, corporate and marine law. After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1995) and a LLB degree (1997) at University of Natal (PMB), Dylan qualified as a Solicitor in South Africa, New South Wales and Western Australia. Dylan has worked in a legal capacity in all of these jurisdictions, as well as the UK over the past 10 years. Dylan is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Michael was appointed to the role of General Manager, Human Resources with MMA in October 2010. Michael joined the Company with a wealth of experience in the development and execution of HR strategies. After completing a Bachelor of Business (Computing), Michael joined Shell Australia in 1990 and performed various commercial, operations, and marketing roles in their downstream oil business. In 1996, Michael completed an MBA and transitioned into the HR field within the coal mining industry. For the last 15 years Michael has held senior leadership and management consulting roles covering all aspects of HR, including organisational change and development, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, and the delivery of HR systems and support.

Liz joined MMA in July 2010 and was appointed General Manager - Corporate Development in November 2012. Liz's areas of responsibility include Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Affairs and Risk Management. Previously, Liz was an Associate Director at Azure Capital where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and IPOs across a range of industries. Liz was also Chief Financial Officer of Azure Capital between 2004 and 2007. Prior to Azure, Liz was Financial Controller of Poynton and Partners and an Associate in their management consulting and corporate advisory practice. She also spent a number of years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Enterprise Solutions Group. Liz has a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and has completed the Corporate and Financial Strategy Executive Program at INSEAD in France.

Darren joined MMA in June 2013 in the role of General Manager, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). Darren holds as Master of Health Science (OHS) amongst other technical and leadership qualifications. During Darren’s 20 year career in HSEQ he has held senior roles in bulk handling and transport, insurance risk management and oil and gas industries. Darren joined MMA from Woodside Petroleum where he held a number of senior health and safety roles, most recent of which overseeing health and safety on Woodside’s mega projects, including front end engineering and design, execution, commissioning and hand over to Production. Darren is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is a regular contributor to various industry HSEQ forums including Offshore Project Safe.

Senior Management

Shaun commenced with MMA in 1996, holding senior maintenance and operations positions up until 2003 when he was appointed Dampier Supply Base Manager. As Supply Base Manager, Shaun secured a wealth of experience in supporting all phases of the oil & gas industry, including production, drilling, construction and seismic support. On account of MMA's significant organisational growth between 2003 and 2008, Shaun was elevated to Supply Base General Manager. The role saw him relocate to MMA's head office in Fremantle. In this role he was responsible for the delivery of MMA's $50 million wharf extension project and the supply base expansion project; the supply base increased from 11 to 27 hectares of prime quayside land on the Burrup Peninsula. He also oversaw the delivery of services to Chevron's Gorgon Project. In 2014, Shaun took the opportunity to transition into a Business Development role within the Company. Based from MMA's head office in Fremantle, Shaun is responsible for identifying operational efficiencies for current clients and opportunities for MMA to diversify the land logistics clientele base. Shaun's extensive operational experience and industry insight provides an invaluable asset to the BD team.

Dirk began his career in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry with Australian Shipbuilding Industries in 1978. Completing his apprenticeship in ship construction, he went on to become Production Manager, overseeing the construction of new vessels including offshore supply, tug, survey, patrol and cargo vessels. In 1993, Dirk joined Tenix Shipbuilding where he acted as Ship Repair Manager in charge of all ship refits, modifications and maintenance. Dirk joined MMA in 2000 and was involved with the construction of the new 4000 tonne Slipway. He now heads up the Slipway division and is responsible for all vessel dockings and refits carried out on the Slipway facility.

Richard commenced his seagoing career as a deck officer cadet with BHP Transport in 1991. After completing his seatime on a variety of Australian vessels, Richard travelled overseas to gain further seagoing experience on General Cargo vessels and Cable Layers, working for the China Navigation Company (part of the Swire Group) and for UK based Global Marine Systems. After obtaining his foreign going masters ticket in 2002, Richard moved back to Australia to commence working in the Offshore Industry. In 2006, Richard joined MMA and sailed for a brief time as Master, prior to being offered a shore position as Marine Superintendent in the Fremantle office. Richard then moved over to the Chartering department and in 2009, Richard was moved to the Singapore office to cover the Commercial desk of the international business at MMAS. On 1 October 2011, Richard was appointed Vessel Operations General Manager for the Australian Fleet.

Glenn completed his Marine Engineering Cadetship with BHP in the early 1980's and advanced to Chief Engineer in international Seismic Industry. His original shore position was with DNV as a Marine Surveyor, covering ships in operation survey, new building survey and ISM auditing. He later moved to shore based vessel management positions as Superintendent and Ship Manager. These positions were held in both the towage and barge industry, followed by the offshore oil and gas industry with focus on large PSV's, anchor handling operations and ROV / Survey Vessels, including DP vessels. Experience has been gained in various new building projects throughout the vessel management positions. Glenn is currently undertaking business management units at the University of Western Australia as post graduate studies. Glenn manages the technical and operations team of the Company.

Geoff is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of postgraduate experience. After obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree, he gained experience in mid-size public practice accounting firms, before moving into commerce where he subsequently worked for ASX listed resource companies and an agribusiness company. Geoff joined MMA in 2006 as Financial Controller and in this position is responsible for the management of the day to day financial operations of the Company.

Jim joined MMA in September 2012. He brings over 15 years’ experience in supply chain operations, management and consulting in the resources and energy industries. Jim moved to MMA from his role as Procurement Manager with Woodside Energy Ltd, and prior to that was engaged in a number of international contract /consulting positions with organisations such as BHP Petroleum, Reliance Industries, British Nuclear Fuels, GE (Plastics), and the UAE Offsets group. Jim holds a BA (Soc Sci) from Curtin University, a Master’s degree from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management. Jim’s role as Supply Chain General Manager for MMA, is focused on achieving continuous improvement in the supply chain, building high performing teams that deliver best in class outcomes in safety, cost, value and quality across the Company.

Jon began his career in the IT industry back in 1995 as a computer technician. Since this time, Jon has developed himself to an extremely versatile IT engineer, with over 16 years' experience in a range of technologies, including IT Systems Infrastructure, IP networking/communications, security, software applications and people management. He has maintained networks of all sizes, for several companies ranging from 1 user to 2500+ users. Jon joined MMA in a full time position in 2010, after previously being in a contract position supporting the Company's network environment since 2006.

Michael commenced with MMA in 2014. With 20 years military and 10 years commercial supply chain management in construction and oil and gas logistics, he has gained extensive experience in general and project management, strategic planning, developing and leading supply chain growth strategies, building teams, business development and motivating, directing and leading large teams. As Land Logistics General Manager, he is accountable for the safe and efficient operations of MMA's strategically located supply bases in Dampier and Broome. He is focused on achieving continuous improvement in logistics and materials management disciplines, building high performing teams that deliver best in class outcomes in safety, cost, value and quality across the Company and for our Customers. Michael holds a Master of Defence Studies (UC), Grad Cert in Logistics Management (Syd) and BProf Studies (UNE).

Greg commenced his career working as an Engineer before taking up a role as a Business Analyst within MMA's Operations team in 2010 where he gained valuable experience in both onshore and offshore operations. Since then, he has been exposed to all lines of the business including being involved in the strategic acquisition of the subsidiaries of Jaya Holdings, which subsequently lead him to Singapore to manage the integration of the organisations. Greg currently works in Business Development and is responsible for the strategic positioning and growth of the organisation in international markets. Greg has a Bachelor of Science and Engineering with Honours, and is a graduand of an MBA from Curtin University.

Darryn commenced his seagoing career in 1983 as an officer cadet in the Canadian Coast Guard. He spent 14 years sailing as a fleet officer before moving to the offshore industry in 1997. Darryn earned his Master Mariner's Certificate in 1998 and has commanded a variety of offshore support vessels globally. In 2006, Darryn began his shore based career as a Marine Superintendent and Vessel Manager in Canada, gaining extensive operations, technical and project experience. Darryn relocated to Dubai in 2009, taking up a role as Middle East Fleet Manager with McDermott International. In 2013, Darryn accepted a position as Marine Manager with Seabed Geosolutions, gaining commercial and chartering experience in the international seismic industry. Darryn joined MMA Offshore in early 2016, and is based in our Dubai office. He is responsible for leading MMA's operations and developing our business across the Middle East.
Tom began his career in the offshore industry in 2004 as the Marketing Manager for Swire Pacific Offshore in Australia as part of his management training in the John Swire & Sons House Staff programme. Since then he has been working in London, Houston, and Singapore, as a shipbroker for Clarksons Offshore and Fearnley Offshore Supply, before joining MMA in April 2016. Tom joined MMA as the Commercial General Manager for the International business and has now assumed operational responsibility for the Singapore-based fleet whilst maintaining commercial oversight of this business unit. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Durham in Economics and Politics.
